Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective armor and technical tags are included to maintain return eligibility.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
